How much does a remodeling job cost?
Depending on the size of the job and the materials you choose, the cost to remodel can widely vary. While we always try to stick to our estimate and within your budget, it’s recommended that you you should set aside an extra 10-20% of the cost for unexpected repairs.
How Long Does a Remodeling Job Take?
The duration of a project depends on the scope of work. While a simple paint job may only take a few hours, while a full kitchen remodel may take weeks. After an inspection, we’ll discuss everything that needs to be done and our expected timeline with you.
Can I Live In My House While It Is Being Remodeled?
Generally, yes! We will work around your schedule to stay out of your way and clean up the space throughout the remodeling process so you don’t have to worry about you or your family coming across any debris or building materials laying around.

We start by planning the new desired layout and ordering the materials, all while staying within your budget.
Demolish
Next, we begin removing the existing features that need to be replaced. For the safety of you and your family, we'll clean up the demolition area throughout the process.
Install
Finally, we begin working on installing new walls, counters, windows, and more, before finishing with a fresh coat of paint.
The Materials
Our Remodeling Materials
We use the best materials available to produce the highest-quality results. You can browse our suppliers’ selections to begin planning your remodel or reach out to us if you need help. We work closely with several companies which have an exceptional team of interior designers that will work with you to plan your dream home. We’d be happy to help put you in contact with ProSource Wholesale, Zstone Creations, and Ferguson to meet with professional designers and receive help selecting the perfect materials.
Bathrooms & Kitchens
- We purchase floorings and backsplashes from ProSource Wholesale. Upon request, we will use other suppliers as long as the quality is comparable to that of ProSource.
- Our top-of-the-line cabinetry is purchased from Wolf Home.
- We offer standard countertops from Formica, as well as high-end countertops from Zstone Creations.
- We purchase standard fixtures, including shower units, sinks, faucets, hardware, and other accessories to you put the finishing touches on your remodel from The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Menard’s.
- For higher-end remodeling, we purchase our materials from Ferguson.
- For custom-built tile showers, we use Schluter waterproofing materials.
